Mailbox in Westland Survival

In Westland Survival, you regularly earn rewards from events, competitions, and seasonal activities. The Mailbox is where these rewards are delivered and stored.

The Mailbox cannot be used to send messages or items to other players and serves exclusively as a reward storage system.

This guide covers everything you need to know about how the Mailbox works.

Where to Find the Mailbox

Mailboxes are scattered throughout the world of Westland. You can find them:

— At your Ranch
— In regional hubs (Silverton, Mountain Tribe, etc.)
— In special event locations (Winter Festival, Harvest Fair, etc.)
— At the Alliance Base

Any Mailbox gives you access to your stored rewards, regardless of which location you are in when you open it. All Mailboxes are connected, so your items are always available wherever a Mailbox is present.

Reward Storage Duration

From the moment an item is received, it remains in your Mailbox for 30 days.

After this period expires, the item is permanently removed and cannot be restored. Be sure to claim your items in time to avoid losing them.



What Can Arrive in the Mailbox

— Items earned for participating in competitions such as Spirit Cave, Canyon Trials, and Gold Rush
— Items received as rewards for completing tasks in Tracks
— Other rewards obtained during special in-game events

What Does Not Arrive in the Mailbox

Some rewards are delivered differently:

— Items purchased in the in-game Shop. These are delivered to the “Orders” tab within the Shop and remain there indefinitely until claimed by the player.
— Currencies. Silver Coins and Gold Nuggets are not stored in the Mailbox. They are credited directly to your character’s balance upon receipt. Currencies purchased in the Shop or received through VIP status are delivered to the “Orders” tab in the Shop together with other purchases. They do not appear in the Mailbox.
— Skill Books from Tracks. Skill Books earned from Track tasks are automatically added to your balance. You can view them in the Skill Trees section.

Additional Details and Tips

— You can only claim rewards from the Mailbox. It is not possible to place items back into it. While rewards remain there, you may use the Mailbox as temporary additional storage, but make sure to claim your items before they expire.
— The Mailbox at your Ranch can be moved in Build Mode, just like other structures.
— If you need to deliver something to a town or the Alliance Base and the item is stored in your Mailbox, you can simply claim it upon arrival, as Mailboxes are available in those locations as well. Many players use this trick to save backpack space.
— The Mailbox cannot be destroyed by bandits during a raid, and they cannot access the items stored inside. All items in the Mailbox are securely protected.
