Please submit us a ticket from the in-game Settings menu to let us double-check your transactions. Also we need a transaction ID or a receipt.
If you play on an Android device, you can find it here:
- Go to pay.google.com.
- Find Other purchase activity.
- Select View purchases.
- Select an order to see your receipt.
If it's an iOS device, you can find it here:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- A list of your recent purchases appears.
