Tomas Espinoza is an old scout located in Old Tascosa, the central hub of the Rio Bravo Territory. Rio Bravo Territory is a Tier 7 region designed for players of levels 120–130 and becomes accessible as players develop their character and progress through the main storyline.
Function
Tomas Espinoza provides a single function: he allows players to switch their regional track from Boreal Challenge to Rio Bravo Conquest.
Regional Tracks
Regional tracks are sets of tasks and rewards tied to a specific region. They work similarly to other tracks in the game, such as Headhunter, Craftsman, Wrangler, or tracks from special events (for example, seasonal or holiday events). However, regional tracks are linked to a particular region.
Rio Bravo Conquest belongs to the Tier 7 region Rio Bravo Territory.
If the Rio Bravo Territory region is already unlocked and the Boreal Challenge track is completed, the Rio Bravo Conquest track will start automatically. However, if you want to switch to the Tier 7 regional track earlier, Tomas Espinoza can manually change your regional track from Boreal Challenge to Rio Bravo Conquest.
