George is an engineer involved in the Old Bridge reconstruction questline.
You must rescue him from bandits in order to complete the quest that allows you to rebuild the Old Bridge and unlock access to the Rio Bravo region.
After entering Rio Bravo and completing its main storyline, you will receive the “New Road” quest from George.
In this quest, you must build a railroad to the Old Mines area, unlocking access to the Old Mine, which contains a Tier 7 Bandit Camp with stronger enemies and better rewards.
