Howdy, partners!

Saddle up for another Halloween trip to the Harvest Fair! Take on spooky challenges to earn two kinds of pumpkins: Golden Pumpkins to advance along the Seasonal Track, and Spooky Pumpkins to spend at Fred Hatter’s shop. New pumpkin treats will help you fight spirits, while festive prizes bring a Halloween look to your cowboy and Ranch.

Beyond the celebration, this update brings Skill Books with level-up rewards, a new Frontier Games challenge, and helpful improvements to Alliance management.

Harvest Fair

Join the celebration from October 16th at 09:00 UTC to November 6th at 10:00 UTC.

Fred Hatter visits Ranches of cowboys level 25 and above. Talk to him to get started and head to the Fair!

Take part in Fair activities and complete their event tasks to earn Golden Pumpkins for the Seasonal Track and Spooky Pumpkins to spend at Fred Hatter’s shop.

Fair Activities

Pick your next spooky adventure:

— Pumpkin Shooting — Hannah Bunny has set up a shooting competition. Test your aim and shoot pumpkins before time runs out.

— Dark Mine — Venture underground and help Briggs clear the eerie mine.

— Wheel of Fortune — Spin Jill’s wheel for a chance to win prizes, including the Ghost Puma, a spectral animal companion.

— Fearsome Gang — Help Rick take on the dangerous leaders of the Unholy Spirits. The gang joins the fun on October 23rd!

Reward Highlights

Collect Golden Pumpkins to advance along the Harvest Fair Seasonal Track and claim your treats!

The Free track includes useful supplies and VIP days alongside Halloween prizes. The Premium and Elite tracks are paid and offer additional rewards.

— Pumpkin Brew and Pumpkin Pie — Give yourself an edge against spirits with two new pumpkin treats! Pumpkin Brew reduces damage from spirits by 25%, while Pumpkin Pie increases the damage you deal to them by 25%. Put these bonuses to use in the Dark Mine, Canyon Trials, and Spirit Cave. Both treats are available on all three tracks.

— Festive Ranch Decorations — Give your Ranch a Halloween look! Different seasonal decorations await on the Free, Premium, and Elite tracks.

— Themed Weapons and Gear — Halloween weapons await on all three tracks. The Free track offers a Tier 3 pumpkin helmet and the hat and boots from the Rare Phantom Rider’s Set. Add the matching Rare coat and pants from the Premium track to complete your set. The Elite track offers the full Phantom Rider’s Set in Epic rarity. Both Rare and Epic set pieces match your current Tier.

— Ghost Bear — A spectral companion for your adventures, available on the Free track.

— Ghost Rider Horse — Add a spectral horse to your Ranch with this reward from the Premium track.

— Chest with a Storage Module — Make more room for your loot! The module inside adds extra slots to one of your storages. Available on the Elite track for players at Tier 4 and above.

Fred Hatter’s Shop

Put your Spooky Pumpkins to good use at Fred Hatter’s shop! Spend them on equipment, decorations, food, jewelry from past events, and other tempting finds.

His stock changes daily, so stop by and see what catches your eye. Halloween outfits and weapon chests in his shop match your current Tier, and each weapon chest contains one random Halloween weapon.

After the Fair ends, Fred will stay at your Ranch until November 9th, giving you a few extra days to spend your remaining Spooky Pumpkins.

Skill Books for Leveling Up

BOOks.jpg

Level-up rewards now include Skill Books to help you learn and improve skills.

Each level awards books for one skill tree, with the type determined by your level. The amount grows as you progress:

— Up to Level 49 — 5 books per level.

— Levels 50–94 — 10 books per level.

— Levels 95–130 — 15 books per level.

Books are added automatically when you level up. When you return to your Ranch, a reward window shows what you’ve earned. If you gained several levels while away, their book rewards appear together in one window.

Mine Defense

Starting October 19th, Mine Defense joins the Frontier Games, with the Gold Miner role on the line!

Lead a squad of shooters into the mine, defeat approaching enemies to build your score, and survive until the timer runs out.

Your fighters shoot automatically — move the squad left and right to choose where they aim.
Bonus minecarts approach on the left, while enemies advance on the right. Shoot a cart until the number on it reaches zero to claim reinforcements or better weapons. Each cart shows its reward, and the number of fighters receiving new weapons depends on the bonus.

Move between the two sides carefully. Let a cart pass, and you’ll miss its bonus. Let enemies reach your squad, and they can weaken your fighters or take them out of the fight.

For extra firepower, the Time for Justice bonus gives you a temporary Gatling gun. Dynamite bonuses offer another way to deal with approaching enemies!

Other Improvements

— Alliance Improvements — Invite players without an Alliance directly from their profiles. Members’ profiles also show their Alliance and League badge. In the member list, check defense readiness: On Duty — ready at a post; Needs Attention — missing or almost broken equipment; Not Assigned — no defense post.

— Frontier Games Winners in Chat — Special icons now mark current Frontier Games winners beside their messages in the game chat, making the champions easier to spot.

See you at the Fair, partners!
