My game is lagging and/or crashing, what can I do?

If Westland Survival is lagging, freezing, or crashing, this is usually caused by low device memory (RAM), lack of free storage space, or corrupted game files.

Follow the steps below to fix the issue.
 

1. Restart your device and close background apps

Please close all unnecessary background applications and restart your device to free up RAM.

The game requires at least 2 GB of free RAM to run smoothly.
 

2. Check free storage space

If your device storage is almost full, the game may crash or work slowly.

We recommend having at least 1–2 GB of free storage space available.
 

3. Update the game

Make sure you are using the latest version of the game:

— Open your device store(ex. Google Play, AppStore, etc)

— Search for Westland Survival

— Tap Update if available

Outdated versions may become unstable after updates.
 

4. Reinstall the game

If the issue continues, reinstalling the game can help fix corrupted files.

⚠️ Before reinstalling, make sure your game progress is connected to an account, otherwise it may be lost.

Depending on your device, link your game to:
