Why is my game stuck on loading screen?

If Westland Survival is stuck on the loading screen and does not start, the issue is usually related to connection, outdated files, or device settings. Follow the steps below to fix it.
 

1. Check your internet connection

A stable connection is required to load the game.

— Switch to a Wi-Fi or mobile network if you're not already connected to one.

— Experiment with turning your VPN on and off to see if it has any impact on your connection stability.

— Try a different network if possible
 

2. Restart the game and your device

Temporary system issues may cause the game to freeze.

— Fully close the game (do not just minimize it)

— Restart your device

— Launch the game again
 

3. Update the game

Make sure you are using the latest version.

— Open your device store(ex. Google Play, AppStore, etc)

— Search for Westland Survival

— Tap Update if available
 

4. Check storage and clear cache (Android)

Low memory or corrupted cache may prevent the game from loading.

— Make sure you have at least 1–2 GB of free storage

On Android:

Settings → Apps → Westland Survival → Storage → Clear Cache

5. Make sure your account is linked

Before reinstalling or clearing data, confirm your progress is connected to an account.

Depending on your device, link your game to:

— Google Play Games (Android)

— Game Center (iOS)

— Huawei ID (Huawei devices)

— Facebook

— Telegram

If possible, check this in Settings → Account.
 

6. Reinstall the game 

If nothing helps:

— Delete the game

— Restart your device

— Install the game again

— Log in using your linked account

7. Contact support

If the issue still persists, please send us a bug report. To do this, tap 10 times on the top left corner of the screen whilst loading. This will trigger the game to send us a bug report.
