Progress can only be recovered if your account was previously connected to a platform or social account.
How to restore your progress
You can recover your old progress if your account was connected to one of the following services:
— Google Play Games
— Game Center
— Huawei ID
— Telegram
To restore your account:
— Make sure you are logged into the correct platform account on your device
— Open Westland Survival.
— Go to Settings → Account.
— Tap Connect next to the platform your game was linked to.
After connecting, the game should load your saved progress from the server.
If you can’t restore your progress
If your account does not return after reconnecting, please contact support through the game (Settings → Select Contact Support) and provide the following details:
— Character name
— Level
— Alliance name (if you were in one)
— Purchase receipts (screenshots or order numbers)
