If you encounter any bugs in the game, please send us a bug report via game settings providing all information available so that we can analyze the problem and address it asap.
However, if the bug is preventing you from playing (ex.: your character is stuck), please send us a ticket, so we can assist you. We would truly appreciate it if you could attach a screenshot or a video on which the problem can be clearly seen and your User ID (tap on it in your game Settings) to your ticket.
