After you reach Teklanika, he will send a courier to your Ranch inviting you to meet him. Completing his questline unlocks the ability to build the Power Generator.
You can purchase the following items from him for Silver Coins (once per day):
— Almanac of Progress — Grants 2000 XP
— Uncommon Blueprint Tubes.
⚠️ He sells Uncommon Blueprint Tubes only from previous tiers. If you unlock a new territory but have not collected all Uncommon blueprints from the previous tier, you can purchase the remaining ones from Gustav Stein.
