Gold Nuggets are a rare and highly valuable resource in the game. They are much harder to obtain than Silver Coins, but they unlock powerful opportunities and long-term progression.
How to get Gold Nuggets?
Golden Carmack is a local prospector who is always willing to trade the Gold Nuggets he finds for useful goods. Each day he requests different items, so chances are you’ll have something he needs.
He usually offers up to 3 Gold Nuggets per day.
Create or join an Alliance to receive a small amount of Gold Nuggets daily.
To produce gold, your Alliance Base must have the following buildings:
— Gold Mine
— Alliance Safe
— Power Station
Gold production can be increased by upgrading the Gold Mine, Minecart, and Train Station.
Upgrading the Sluice Box improves the overall Alliance gold production bonus.
In addition, Super VIP provides a 5% bonus to gold production as one of its perks.
Keep in mind that the Power Station is required to supply electricity for gold production. Without power, the Gold Mine will not generate any Gold Nuggets.
Gold Rush
During this activity, Alliances locate rival Alliance bases and launch raids against them. The amount of Gold Nuggets earned from a raid is not fixed and depends on the level of the Alliance Safe and the overall level of the Alliance.
Leaderboards
Gold Nuggets are included in leaderboard rewards for Gold Rush, Canyon Trials and Spirit Cave. You can earn gold by placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in the Silver Division, or by ranking anywhere within the Gold Division.
How can I use Gold Nuggets?
Gold Nuggets can be used for several important purposes:
— Purchasing unique items from Adam McCoy in exchange for Gold Nuggets.
— Upgrading weapon and armor blueprints.
— Exchanging them at the Naturalists’ Camp for bait, pet items, and pet food.
— Expanding your Ranch and unlocking additional building space.
— Buying armor, weapons, and special zone-unlock items from Traders in Tier 5 to Tier 7 zones.
